1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the Platform;
• "Content" means any information, text, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform;
• "Games" means the casino-style games available on the Platform;
• "Services" means all services provided by RealmreelRush through the Platform;
• "User" or "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform;
• "Virtual Currency" means the non-monetary, virtual in-game currency used on the Platform; and
• "We" or "us" means RealmreelRush Ltd.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restrictions

Our Platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover or have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one Account. Creating or using multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all your Accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions

You may not use the Platform if doing so would be prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws.

3. Platform Use and Gameplay

3.1 Entertainment Purposes Only

RealmreelRush is a social casino platform intended for entertainment purposes only. Our Games do not involve real money gambling, and there is no opportunity to win real money or prizes. Success in our social casino games does not imply future success at real money gambling.

3.2 Game Rules

Each Game on the Platform may have its own specific rules and instructions. You agree to abide by these rules when playing the Games. We reserve the right to modify Game rules at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Game Outcomes

Game outcomes are determined by random number generators. We make no guarantees regarding the frequency of wins or the outcome of any Game.

3.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and services needed to access and use the Platform, including but not limited to internet connection, mobile devices, and compatible software. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate equipment or services.

3.5 Service Availability

We strive to ensure that the Platform is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance periods or due to technical issues. We shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform unavailability.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

4.1 Virtual Currency

The Platform uses Virtual Currency for gameplay. Virtual Currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods. Virtual Currency can only be used within the Platform for gameplay purposes.

4.2 Obtaining Virtual Currency

Virtual Currency can be obtained through various means, including but not limited to:

• Free allocations upon Account registration
• Daily bonuses and rewards
• Participation in promotions and events
• In-app purchases with real money

4.3 In-App Purchases

The Platform may offer the opportunity to purchase Virtual Currency with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing real money or any item of monetary value. The price and availability of Virtual Currency are subject to change without notice.

4.4 No Ownership of Virtual Currency

All Virtual Currency remains our property. You do not own the Virtual Currency but instead receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it within the Platform. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or anyone for exercising such rights.

4.5 Account Balance

If your Account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you will lose all Virtual Currency associated with that Account without compensation.

5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' Accounts or any part of the Platform
• Using any automated means, including bots, scripts, or spiders, to access the Platform or collect information from it
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the Platform
• Attempting to manipulate Game outcomes or exploit bugs or glitches
• Sharing Account credentials with others or allowing others to access your Account
• Buying, selling, or transferring Accounts or Virtual Currency outside of the Platform
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including making unauthorized charges to third-party accounts
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

5.2 User Communications

When using communication features on the Platform, such as chat functions or forums, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Share content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam or flood communication channels
• Advertise or promote products or services without our consent
• Share personal information of others without their consent
• Engage in any communication that violates applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor any activity on the Platform, including user communications. We may investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating Accounts, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

5.4 Reporting Violations

If you observe content or behavior on the Platform that violates these Terms, please report it to us through the support channels provided on the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by RealmreelRush Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Platform or our intellectual property.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or any part thereof
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose
• License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform

6.4 Trademarks

RealmreelRush, the RealmreelRush logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RealmreelRush Ltd or its licensors. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6.5 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, such as profile information, comments, or feedback ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

6.6 Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, recommendations, or other feedback regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), you assign to us all rights in the Feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use the Feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 "As Is" Provision

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will meet your requirements or expectations
• The Platform will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RealmreelRush LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform
• Any loss of Virtual Currency or game progress

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7.4 Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealmreelRush Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

9. Termination

9.1 Term

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform or maintain an Account.

9.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and all Virtual Currency associated with your Account.

9.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, your breach of these Terms or conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for no reason at all.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• You will lose all Virtual Currency and other items associated with your Account, without compensation
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

11.2 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or we may proceed with filing a formal proceeding.

11.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.4 Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Platform.

12.2 Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of RealmreelRush Ltd.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

12.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights, remedies, or benefits upon any person other than you and RealmreelRush Ltd.

12.6 Notices

We may provide notices to you via email, regular mail, or postings on the Platform. Notices to us should be sent to the address specified in the "Contact Us" section.

12.7 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
